She serves as litigation counsel for both private companies and public entities, including cities and school districts, and has particular strengths resolving employment disputes and matters concerning construction delay and contract disputes

In addition, Frances is a skilled negotiator, helping a national health insurance provider resolve medical provider claims disputes efficiently and effectively. She is also building a strong telecommunications regulatory practice, writing compelling and convincing language for a large telecoms company facing California Public Utilities Commission regulation of their activities.
