          Ricardo Meza served more than ten years as a federal prosecutor in the Northern District of Illinois and the Western District of Texas and was Illinois’ former Executive Inspector General. He has substantial trial experience having tried over 33 federal jury trials. He represents clients in banking, construction, and healthcare sectors.  

          Celia Meza is the former City of Chicago Corporation Counsel where she led and managed the legal department for the 3rd largest city in the U.S. and oversaw all litigation, torts, contracts, real estate, commercial transactions, and enforcement. Celia is a former federal prosecutor and a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)® with expertise in labor, employment, contracts, ethics, compliance, and investigations.  Her past roles include serving as a Chief Compliance Officer and serving as Deputy Inspector General of Investigations for the City of Chicago.
