Who should use these forms?
The forms found on this page are for members of the Transactional PAC (“TPAC”) and the TPAC’s subcommittee members only. They are to be used for updating or adding to the TPAC’s marketing materials: Transactional PAC Flyer | TPAC Directory.
If your firm is already listed in the marketing materials (linked above) and the information is correct, no action is needed. Please only fill out a form if the materials need to be changed in some way.
How do I get my firm’s info into the TPAC marketing materials?
Any firm wishing to be included in the PAC’s marketing materials (both print and digital versions):
- Must have paid their dues, and
- Must submit their requested addition, change or update via the online form(s) found on this page.
To ensure that your information is included in the PAC’s marketing materials accurately, please do not send any additions, changes or updates by email.
When will I see my changes reflected in the materials?
TPAC materials are updated twice a year. Once, for use at the Driving Diversity & Leadership Conference (formerly known as the Business Meeting) every February and once for use at the Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo every September. You may submit a form at any time, but unless approved by one of the TPAC’s Co-Chairs, Tim Reckart or Sarah Oquist, the materials will only be updated in preparation for the meetings. Special exceptions can be made, so please contact the TPAC Co-Chairs if you feel your firm’s info needs to be updated immediately.
Deadline for inclusion
Only changes from form submissions that are received before the deadline are guaranteed for inclusion in the print materials disbursed at the next NAMOWLF event. The deadline for submissions for the 2019 Driving Diversity & Leadership Conference is January 18, 2019.
