By submitting this form I agree that if my CLE is chosen for the Annual Meeting, I will be the Panel Chair and will meet all deadlines provided above. I understand that if I do not meet the deadlines above, my CLE program may be withdrawn from the Annual Meeting program. I understand it is my responsibility to confirm that all panelists and any moderator selected are capable of meeting the above deadlines and are capable of participating in the 2024 Annual Meeting. I also agree to schedule at least 4 conference calls (and more as needed) with my entire panel from May through September 2024 to discuss deadlines, materials and presentation concepts and plans.

I hereby agree that the NAMWOLF Board and CLE Committee have the right to adjust any part of my CLE proposal, including panelists, in an effort to maximize NAMWOLF’s overall goals of diversity and opportunity.

I hereby agree that NAMWOLF has the right to advertise, use and display video and audio broadcasts of the CLE program and all submitted program materials via the NAMWOLF website, mobile application, social media and any other media now known or hereafter devised.

CLE Proposals: April 15

Notification of selection or non-selection to CLE Panel Chairs: April 25

CLE title, short description, and any confirmed panelists: May 5

Materials for CLE proposal accreditation (outline of presentation, panelist bios, supporting memoranda and/or other written materials): July 22

All equipment requests, e.g., AV, Room Set-Up, and any special presentation materials (equipment availability is not guaranteed): July 22

FINAL materials ready for the mobile app (this is the only version that will be distributed to registrants at the Annual Meeting so, absent a considerable change in the law, no material changes or additions will be permitted following this submission): August 15
