Annual Meeting Session Proposal Form

Proposals are Due April 15

We are seeking CLE proposals for the upcoming Annual Meeting. Please see below for the information and submit your CLE proposals! The deadline to submit proposals is 8 p.m. ET on Friday, April 15.

Process & Timeline

The Annual Meeting CLE Committee will select at least twelve (12) CLEs for the 2024 Annual Meeting (September 15 – 18 – Atlanta, GA). NAMWOLF seeks innovative and interesting CLE proposals for topics with a focus on the following practice areas: Labor & Employment, Transactional, Intellectual Property, Litigation, Products Liability, Compliance & Investigations, International Law, Insurance, Trial Practice, Unconscious Bias, Diversity and Ethics. Any and all topics and practice areas will be considered. CLE sessions will be limited to 60 minutes, unless you are otherwise notified of an extended opportunity.

Important Information and Expectations

The NAMWOLF meeting attendees expect NAMWOLF’s CLEs to address higher-level topics in a creative manner. If your proposal is selected, you may present as a panelist or moderator (your choice). In addition, you will take the lead on planning and organizing your CLE program as the Panel Chair. As the Panel Chair, you are required to select, guide and organize your group of CLE panelists to ensure a high quality and robust CLE panel and to ensure that all deadlines are timely met.

PANEL GUIDELINES:

  • Your panel must have a diverse representation of law firm members and in-house counsel
  • Quality topics and creative presentations will be given priority. Have fun with your presentation, titles and storylines!
  • Each panel must have at least two NAMWOLF law firm members (not from the same firm) and at least two in-house counsel, and a moderator if needed.
  • Each law firm can only have one representative present on one panel during the entire meeting.
  • Pick panel members who have not presented at the last two annual meetings (this includes in-house counsel).
  • Solicit members from NAMWOLF firms who have relevant expertise and whose firm did not present at the last annual meeting.
  • Only in-house counsel and current NAMWOLF law firm members may present on CLE panels. If you want an expert presenter who is not a NAMWOLF law firm member on your panel, you must obtain advance permission in writing by the CLE co-chairs. CLEs are a great way to get your in-house clients and in-house new to NAMWOLF introduced to our organization.
