MWH Law Group, a certified minority-owned law firm, announced today that Grady Crosby was awarded the Jean-Marie Sylla, Jr. Legacy Award from the National Bar Association Commercial Law Section (NBA-CLS).

The award is given to a rising attorney with 1-4 years of experience who embodies a commitment of service to the NBA and the legal profession similar to namesake Jean-Marie Sylla, Jr. This is the second year of this award created in memory of Sylla, a founding partner in the successful Washington, DC-based law firm, Taylor, Sylla & Agin, LLP. In his lifetime, Sylla earned numerous professional awards and held several prestigious roles within the legal community.

Grady “Trey” Crosby, a graduate of Marquette University Law School and Howard University, joined MWH Law Group as an associate in June of 2018. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of African American Lawyers as well as the National Bar Association. His law practice is focused on Labor & Employment, Premises Liability Litigation, and Commercial Law.
