Ruben Smith is an influential Latino leader throughout California with extensive legal experience. He is managing shareholder of one of California’s largest diverse and women-owned law firms and general counsel to Rancho Santiago Community College District. Smith also served in the White House and as general counsel to the Santa Ana Unified School District. He co-founded the Hispanic Education Endowment Fund which has awarded over $2.7 million for Latino students.
