LTL Attorneys LLP (LTL) obtained a complete arbitration victory on behalf of one of the world’s leading manufacturers of flash memory storage devices and software solutions. The four-year dispute involved claims of unfair competition by one of the company’s former foreign distributors. The case included a multitude of issues such as contract interpretation, international freight policies, accounting practices, and complex damages disputes. It also required extensive international discovery including foreign depositions.

Following a five-day arbitration at the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the distributor’s claims, which originally sought millions of dollars in damages, were denied in their entirety.
