Kevin Clark, a partner at Boggs, Avellino, Lach & Boggs, received a defense verdict in Madison County Missouri at Farmington, the week of January 18th, in the case of Rancilio v. Renk. The case involved allegations of negligent burning of a field, causing property damage to surrounding land owners. The jury deliberated for less than a hour before returning a unanimous verdict for the defense.
