On December 18, 2015 Anthony Schumann and Kenneth Battle, partners with the Quintairos, Prieto, Wood and Boyer law firm, secured a defense jury verdict on behalf of three police officers employed by the City of Chicago who had been sued in regard to plaintiffs’ constitutional claims alleging unreasonable seizure and excessive force.
