Gary Lafayette and Africa Davidson successfully defended a Fortune 100 company in an employment matter in which Plaintiff alleged disability and race discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to prevent and wrongful termination. Defendant contended that Plaintiff was terminated for legitimate business reasons.
