Lawson & Lawson is a certified women-owned boutique law firm formed in 2010 with the goal of providing sophisticated, strategic, and efficient legal services to clients who seek the advice and counsel of top-tier lawyers. We specialize in employment law and litigation.  Within five years of our founding, the firm was named to the San Francisco Business Times list of the Top 100 Women-Owned Businesses in the Bay Area (top 50 for San Francisco).

We are, by design, a small firm, founded on the principle that businesses should not have to pay massive hourly rates to get high-end legal talent. We do not pretend to be all things for all clients. We are specialists in our practice areas, with decades of major law firm experience in those areas. Because of our size, we provide our clients with individual attention.
