Since its inception in 2012, the NAMWOLF Marketing Best Practices Committee (“MBPC”) has brought legal marketing and business development professionals from all over the country together to network and discuss best practices for law firm growth and promotion. We are a passionate and creative group of marketing specialists who are passionate about implementing new and diverse marketing strategies and business development initiatives within our law firms.
Members of the MBPC are innovators and ambassadors, not only for the law firms each of us represent, but also for the NAMWOLF organization and legal marketing profession. One of the best marketing strategies one can have is to care, and that is what the MBPC does. This committee strives not only to increase awareness about NAMWOLF, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and attract new members to the organization but to be a nationwide leading legal marketing resource in the law industry.
Mission Statement
We know that not all NAMWOLF Law Firm Members have full-time marketing professionals at their disposal. The purpose of this committee is for seasoned marketing professionals to share insights and best practices with lawyers who are interested in taking his or her firm’s marketing to the next level. Our goal is to assist NAMWOLF Law Firm Members in generating additional revenue, profits and clients by sharing unique experiences and advice.
Structure
The MBPC meets once a month virtually via Zoom. We examine law firm branding, social media, advertising, budgets and other business development approaches through round-table discussions, brainstorming sessions and networking. MBPC meetings are informal but informative. And it’s fun!
The MBPC maintains its involvement in the NAMWOLF organization by collaborating, hosting and coordinating presentations with other NAMWOLF committees and at the NAMWOLF Annual Meeting and Law Firm Expo and NAMWOLF’s annual Driving Diversity and Leadership Conference each year.
