Reiferson Dee has extensive experience representing government-sponsored entities, borrowers and national, regional and local lenders in the financing of multifamily and commercial mortgage transactions.  Our attorneys work on a wide array of securitized and general account lending transactions from single property deals to large, multiple property billion dollar pools involving affordable housing, seniors housing, student housing, mixed use, retail, office and manufactured housing.  These matters have included complex issues with respect to cross-collateralization, substitutions, ground lease financings, partial condominiums and syndicated tenants in common.  We have expertise in the review and issuance of non-consolidation opinions, bankruptcy-remote entities and due diligence, representations and warranties in connection with securitization and PC issuances.
