Great representation means being an expert on the legal substance of the agreements, while also being practical to make sure the deal gets done. We always make sure we understand the deal before drafting and negotiating agreements, which means we are also sensitive to the “personality” of the business team, internal procedures and approval processes.
Our firm has a total of 27 employees, including nine Intellectual Property Attorneys/Patent Agents and 10 paralegals and legal assistants who all specialize in intellectual property, contracts, and litigation matters. We subscribe to a worldwide intellectual property docketing system, which is current on all country intellectual property laws and deadlines. Our docketing paralegals track all deadlines to be sure our clients’ deadlines do not depend on any particular individual. Keeping deadlines is a necessity for any IP firm, so we have invested heavily in our docketing and training.
