Parker Ibrahim & Berg LLP (PIB) was founded in 2011 by three former in-house counsel at JPMorgan Chase who were looking to change the traditional law firm model, focusing on innovation and value while delivering results.  Since its founding, PIB has grown into a minority-owned, full-service national law firm, representing clients in complex strategic transactional, corporate governance, regulatory and litigation matters, helping them navigate the multi-faceted minefield of business, legal and compliance issues to accomplish their objectives.

As a result of our vast in-house experience, we are able to tailor our services for each client because we have been in their shoes.   We have advised many clients for over a decade, helping them shape their company philosophies and set strategies.  Our approach is to assess and present each matter in a candid way to our client, and recommend the best courses of action that align with the client’s needs core beliefs and goals.  When necessary, we seek out-of-the box ideas to obtain desired results.
