Firm Bio

Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer PC  has been woman-owned and led since its founding in 1992 by current Of Counsel Patricia Nemeth. During that entire period, the firm has exclusively represented management in the prevention, resolution and litigation of labor and employment disputes. Through its diverse client base,  Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer partners, associates and support staff serve clients in the niche areas of employment litigation, traditional labor law, management consultation, as well as mediation and arbitration.

The firm attributes its growth and success to focusing on one common goal – putting the client first. From high quality legal services and professional communication of information to timely responses to client inquiries, we do everything we can to anticipate client needs and exceed client expectations. Moreover, Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer boasts an internal synergy among our attorneys and support staff that can be difficult to cultivate in corporate law firms with disparate practices and multiple locations. One of the reasons for our success over the past 30+ years is that we avoid the potential for internal conflicts and competition by adopting a “firm client” approach rather than an individual “attorney client”. This collaborative effort leads to optimal client service and sustains a hardworking team that is persistent and responsive in meeting the needs of all of our clients.

Nemeth Bonnette Brouwer’s success has afforded us the opportunity to expand beyond our Detroit base to serve clients regionally, nationally and internationally. The firm is privileged to maintain an impressive client roster and its partners and staff are not only as trusted legal advisors but community and business leaders. Nemeth Law continues to be an independent boutique firm working with employers to prevent, resolve, and litigate employment disputes, regardless of employer size, industry or location.
