The founders of Lumens Law Group PLLC held senior positions at Sidley Austin LLP (including as Head of the IP Litigation and Licensing Groups at Sidley-Dallas) before launching the Firm. Our team is comprised of lawyers that have repeatedly secured convention-defying terms in strategic technology transactions and first-chaired multiple trial wins in bet-the-company cases. Rather than being scripted, we develop solutions that are tailored for our clients’ needs. Our approach reflects our belief that playbooks are rarely effective and often costly.
