Griesing Mazzeo Law, LLC is based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with satellite offices in Arizona, Florida, New Jersey, New York and Ohio. We are a 100% women-owned, and we are proudly certified as a Women Business Enterprise by WBENC. Since its inception, the Firm has been committed to the promotion and advancement of women and diverse lawyers as we believe that a more inclusive legal profession is a more successful one. In January 2010, during one of the roughest economic downturns across all sectors, we launched our Firm with only a handful of clients. Today, we have five offices across the county, handling 1k+ matters for 500+ clients. We represent Fortune 500 companies, government entities, closely-held companies, non-profits, and individuals in alternative dispute resolution, complex commercial litigation, corporate transactions & compliance, employment & investigations, ethics and professional responsibility, and trusts and estates. Our team is licensed in Arizona, Florida, Kentucky, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.
