This experience-packed panel will walk you through how to identify the right expert witness, when the process should start, how to prepare your expert, and how to challenge the other side’s expert. This will be an interactive CLE featuring a direct and cross examination with a seasoned expert and audience participation and feedback opportunities.

At the end of the registration process, you will see a series of questions to answer that will help in facilitating a lighthearted half hour of networking. In this half hour, we want to hear each other’s unique experiences and tales from the trenches! (Getting stuck as a cat for a virtual court appearance has already been taken!).
