On July 22, 2015 at the National Bar Association Annual Meeting, Lisa D. Love, Managing Partner of Love and Long, LLP, participated in a CLE presentation entitled “Oil & Gas – Opportunities in a Distressed Market”, which was a joint presentation between the Bankruptcy and Corporate Law Sections of the NBA. Ms. Love’s presentation focused on the interplay between secured transactions, statutory oil and gas contractors’ liens and producers’ liens.
