Founded in 1969, our firm is a limited liability partnership that provides legal services for individuals and businesses ranging in size from Fortune 50® public corporations to small, privately held companies, partnerships and individuals. Our firm is a women-owned business enterprise (WBE) certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the New York State Department of Economic Development-Division of Minority and Women’s Business Development, the New York City Department of Small Business Services and the State of New Jersey.
