The WA Court of Appeal, Division One, affirmed the trial court’s decision in its entirety and agreed that WA lacked personal jurisdiction over the NY based defendant, affirming the dismissal of the CPA claim and awarding attorneys’ fees from the inception of the case, as well as fees and costs incurred for the appeal, to the Firm’s client. On 11/28/2018, the WA Supreme Court denied Plaintiff’s petition for review and awarded attorneys’ fees incurred in opposing the petition for review. Siobhan E. Moran, Esq. and Andrew P.
