Mr. Brown focuses on representing insurance carriers and employers in workers’ compensation, employment law and general liability claims. Mr. Brown has been practicing in Colorado since 2005 and also represents employers in the enforcement of employment contracts, including breach of contract matters, non-compete and trade secret issues. He regularly counsels clients on the spectrum of employment issues, with the goal of avoiding litigation.
