Who should use the forms on this page?
The forms found on the bottom of this page are for the use of Trials PAC members ONLY. Members should use these forms to submit updates and firm profiles for inclusion in PAC’s marketing materials. If your firm is already listed in the last produced marketing materials (linked above) and the information is correct, no action is needed.
One-Page Firm Profiles
Members are encouraged to provide a One-Page Firm Profile for inclusion in the Directory. See examples in the back of the PAC Directory linked above.
Can I email my updates/firm profile instead of using a form?
To ensure that your information is included in the PAC’s marketing materials accurately, please use the forms and do not send any additions, changes or updates by email. If for some reason a form does not function properly you may email your updates and firm profiles to firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I see my changes reflected in the materials?
Trials PAC materials are updated twice a year. Once, for use at the Driving Diversity & Leadership Conference (formerly known as the Business Meeting) every February and once for use at the Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo every September. You may submit a form at any time, but unless approved by one of the Trials PAC’s Co-Chairs, Nelson C. Bellido or Jason Wilson, the materials will only be updated in preparation for the meetings. Special exceptions can be made, so please contact the Trials PAC Co-Chairs if you feel your firm’s info needs to be updated immediately.
Form submission deadline for Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo
Only changes from form submissions that are received before the deadline are guaranteed for inclusion in the print materials disbursed at the next NAMOWLF event. The deadline for submissions for the 2019 Annual Meeting & Law Firm Expo is July 31, 2019.
**ATTENTION MEMBERS** SPECIAL UPDATE DEADLINE: The Trials PAC is presenting a CLE for the ACC Colorado Chapter on May 16. For this event, the PAC will be printing and distributing the Experience Chart portion of the marketing materials. If you would like your firm’s information on the current Experience Chart updated please submit your changes using the form/s found on this page. All submissions must be received by April 16th for guaranteed inclusion in the printouts.
