NAMWOLF, founded in 2001, is a nonprofit trade association made up of minority and women-owned law firms across the U.S. Many companies focus on hiring minority and female attorneys at larger firms to increase diversity, but this hasn’t significantly changed the legal profession’s diversity. NAMWOLF believes that hiring minority and women-owned law firms is the best way for companies to make a real impact. NAMWOLF’s members are highly rated firms representing major corporate clients. The organization helps its members build connections with corporations, in-house counsel, and other legal groups, empowering these diverse law firms.
