Potter & Murdock welcomes Brian S. Szmak to the firm. Mr. Szmak has been practicing law in Virginia since 2017. He has assisted 100’s of clients in cases involving criminal defense, creditors’ rights, debt collection, breach of contract, business disputes, real estate disputes, fraud, consumer protection actions, landlord-tenant matters, and employment matters, among others. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and licensed to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and he has practiced in courts across Northern Virginia and elsewhere in the Commonwealth.
