Prior to joining NFC, Mr. Grasty was an Associate at Klein Zelman Rothermel Jacobs & Schess LLP and was responsible for litigating claims under, and providing legal advice and counsel regarding compliance with, labor and employment laws, including Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA and state and local equivalents across a wide range of industries. Mr. Grasty received his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
