NFC recently announced the promotion of two new partner, Kirsten M. Grossman and Jesse Grasty. Both Kirsten and Jesse are valued members of the Firm’s litigation department, and Kirsten leads NFC’s Restrictive Covenant Practice Group. Suzanne M. Rounding out the Firm’s news is the announcement that Holly English, who has been a Partner at NFC for twelve years and former Co-Chair of NFC’s DEI Council, will be evolving into a new role at the Firm. In this next chapter, Holly will focus largely on client trainings, which is one of her passions. “We are thrilled that we are retaining Holly in this capacity where she will pursue her passion for educating and evolving clients in this focused role given she is truly a phenomenal instructor. Holly is a lifelong learner and someone who cares deeply about the development of those around her,” said Katherin Nukk-Freeman, NFC’s co-founding partner. “Her leadership on client service and all aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion are a continuing source of inspiration to all of us at NFC.”
Holly and her husband Fred will split their time between coasts, where Holly will continue to work with clients to deliver innovative employment law training and also spend time with her family, including her new granddaughter, Annie.
