Wong Fleming is proud to announce that Mallory J. Kowalczyk has joined the firm as an Associate in its Princeton, New Jersey office.
Ms. Kowalczyk ‘s practice has included representing insurance companies in complex medical insurance fraud cases. She also served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Vicki A. Citrino, J.S.C. where she handled matters involving professional malpractice, employment discrimination, suits against public entities, breach of contract, personal injury, and consumer fraud.
At Wong Fleming, Ms. Kowalczyk concentrates her practice in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, and Trial Insurance Defense and Coverage.
Ms. Kowalczyk is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. She holds a B.A. from the College of Charleston and a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. When she is not working, Ms. Kowalczyk enjoys playing fetch with her rescue dog, singing showtunes, keeping up-to-date on the latest Supreme Court decisions, and being the “cool aunt” to all of her friends’ children.
