Jennifer E. Novoselsky handles complex commercial and financial litigation. Jen has experience representing financial institutions, public and private corporations, broker-dealers and high net worth individuals in wide variety of matters, including securities fraud, antitrust litigation, corporate dissolution, breach of fiduciary duties, business torts, contract disputes and directors’ and officers’ liabilities claims. A substantial portion of Jen’s practice also involves representing utilities in commercial disputes and before Illinois agencies. In addition, Jen has extensive experience representing clients in arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association, JAMS and FINRA.
Jen has represented clients in civil proceedings before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission. She also advises clients concerning compliance with federal securities laws and regulations and antitrust laws and regulations.
