Hill Hill Carter is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Courtney Morman to the firm. Ms. Morman will be based in Hill Hill Carter’s Birmingham office.

 

Ms. Morman has vast experience litigating employment law matters in federal and state courts. Additionally, Ms. Morman has extensive experience advising employers regarding pre-litigation employment solutions, including investigating complaints of discrimination and harassment, conducting in-house training, and developing workplace policies and procedures. At Hill Hill Carter, Ms. Morman will provide legal guidance on a full spectrum of labor and employment law issues, including, but not limited to, discrimination and harassment claims.

Ms. Morman graduated from Louisiana State University in 2007. She received her Juris Doctorate in 2011 from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.  A member of the Alabama State Bar Association and the Birmingham Bar Association, she resides in Birmingham with her husband, Jeff, and their daughter, Caroline Chase.
