Culhane Meadows is pleased to welcome Anna Brook to the firm as a partner in the Intellectual Property Group. Ms. Brook has a wealth of experience in all aspects of intellectual property litigation and counseling. Ms. Brook’s practice focuses on pharmaceutical and Hatch-Waxman patent litigation, as well as consumer product and fiber optic component patent disputes. Ms. Brook represented clients in several bet-the-company cases with favorable results. Ms. Brook counsels clients regarding the acquisition, protection, and enforcement of IP rights, IP portfolio management, and IP aspects of corporate transactions.

Prior to joining Culhane Meadows, Ms. Brook was an attorney with Milbank LLP. Ms. Brook earned her Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School, and graduated summa cum laude from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Ms. Brook is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
