The firm welcomes its newest Partner Sylvia Torres-Guillén. Sylvia, an experienced trial lawyer, will add to the firm’s award-winning litigation practice. Ms. Torres-Guillén graduated from Harvard University and earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law. Her practice includes complex commercial litigation, white-collar, regulatory and corporate investigation matters, sexual harassment and employment discrimination, and catastrophic personal injury cases.
Ms. Torres-Guillén is a fearless and tenacious trial lawyer. She has spent decades fighting for civil rights and social, racial, environmental, and economic justice. Ms. Torres-Guillén continues to fight for the most marginalized and oppressed communities, achieving exceptional results in numerous federal and state courts.
