Boggs, Avellino, Lach and Boggs, partner Brent Salsbury obtained a defense verdict in Macoupin County the week of May 23rd. The case involved a rear end motor vehicle accident. The defendant admitted negligence but the case was tried on the nature and extent of the damages. Plaintiff incurred medical expenses in excess of $26,000 for neck and back injuries. The jury returned a verdict for the defendant. The trial judge was the Honorable Kenneth Deihl.
