As the legal profession struggles to increase diversity, we find ourselves at a crossroad. Many firms have created diversity and inclusion policies and are working to increase the diversity of our membership. However, a look at the statistics finds that the diversity needle has barely moved. Law continues to be less diverse than other professions.
