AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, we started in 2003 as the first spin-off of trial powerhouse Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP.  Our practice is devoted solely to trials, litigation and arbitrations in the areas of intellectual property, commercial disputes and class actions (consumer and employment). With over 40 attorneys across three offices in California (Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Orange County), we serve global clients with their most complex matters throughout the country and in key international venues.
