Evelyn Rodriguez Devine is the managing shareholder and has 30 years of trial experience. She has tried premises, automobile, product and general liability cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, both in state and federal courts. Ms. Devine started her career handling professional malpractice and employment matters. She managed an in-house counsel operation for United States Fidelity Group, St. Paul and Travelers for over fourteen years. She then served as a Litigation Manager for Global Indemnity Insurance Company where she managed complex commercial litigation throughout the United States and its territories. Along with her experience in the courtroom, she has experience as an arbitrator and mediator. Patrick C. Timoney focuses his practice on litigating large loss and insurance coverage cases for insurance carriers and excess insurers. He has more than 25 years of litigation experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both state and federal courts throughout the United States.
