Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI)
NAMWOLF’s Emerging Leaders Initiative (ELI) empowers, connects, and develops future leaders within certified minority, women, and LGBT-owned law firms. ELI provides a unique opportunity for attorneys from NAMWOLF member firms and in house legal departments with less than 15-years’ practice experience to build professional skills and community, regardless of what area they practice in. ELI members enjoy peer-to-peer mentorship, specialized programming focused on a variety of skills, networking, leadership development, wellness, and philanthropy. ELI members make connections with fellow attorneys and gain a better understanding of, and access to, the countless opportunities for leadership within the broader NAMWOLF organization.
