TWLG was founded in 2012 by CEO Kirk D. Willis, who wanted to create the type of diverse, multicultural firm committed to client service excellence where attorneys of all types could work together to form a growth-minded organization. Today, TWLG has more than 30 attorneys who practice a variety of practice areas. They are thankful for their clients whose requests for work enables the firm to continue its organic growth.

TWLG practices Precision Law™ where the essential elements of a case or matter are targeted for effective and efficient resolution. Firm attorneys and staff members are devoted to giving back to the community and actively volunteer at many community organizations, including The Family Place, an organization dedicated to empowering victims of family violence by providing safe housing, counseling and skills that create independence while building community engagement and advocating for social change to stop family violence.

4. How did your firm come to know NAMWOLF? Why did you join?

Carlos Rincon with Rincon Law Group, who is a NAMWOLF member, referred us to NAMWOLF. We felt it was an outstanding organization with like-minded individuals who were highly qualified attorneys with whom we wanted to network.

5. Why is diversity important to your firm?

We attribute our overall strength and success to our diversity. The people at The Willis Law Group reflect the vibrant diversity inherent in our nation. Due to our innate multiculturalism, it is only natural that our growth continuously includes the recruitment of exceptional women and minority members. Our goal is to be able to relate to all people. We believe we have the right team in place to meet that goal. Our multiculturalism allows us to interact well with people from different backgrounds, which fosters mutual respect among employees and clients. 6. What has been your involvement with NAMWOLF? For how long?

We joined NAMWOLF a year and a half ago. We have participated in the last three NAMWOLF events, sponsoring two of its business meetings. We are on the Labor & Employment PAC, White Collar PAC and the Marketing Best Practices team.
