Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing by September 15. Approved cancellations will receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $75 administrative fee. Refund requests received after the cancellation deadline are not eligible for a refund. Registration fees are non-transferable to future NAMWOLF events, and refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
