Steve is an experienced complex civil litigator who focuses his practice on product liability, property damage, construction defect, automobile accidents, real estate, toxic tort, insurance and mass tort litigation. Steve has more than a decade of experience handling all aspects of litigation from discovery through trial preparation. He has been selected for inclusion on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list four times and also maintains an active broker license with the California Department of Real Estate.
Saima focuses her practice primarily on employment and general litigation matters. She handles all aspects of pre-trial litigation including pleadings, discovery, and law and motion. Before joining Walsworth, Saima worked as an associate attorney at a California firm where she handled matters pertaining to the California Labor Code, Fair Labor Standards Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. She is fluent in both Urdu and Punjabi.
